Val and Smokey’s mostly blue litter is Val’s last

Val, I heard you were retiring after this litter…

…is that true?

Yes, Smokey, this is my last litter here at OC Dumbos.

Someone will adopt me with one or two of my daughters, and we’ll all start a new life together in our new forever home.

Oh, Val, we’ll miss you! You’ve been here so long, and you’re one of my favorite ratties!

Don’t make me cry, Smokey!

This old house…it’s not much, but I have many happy memories here. I raised our litter here…

…and soon we’ll all have to leave and another family will move in. It will be like we were never here.

It went by so quickly. But, it’s not the end: it’s a new beginning. For my babies, and me, too.

That’s right, Val, in a few days we will reach out to the nice people with reservations, and find you and your babies new, forever homes. And they will love you just as much as we do!

Val and Smokey’s litter was born on October 18th.  They will be ready to be adopted by people who already have reservations today on or after November 22nd, 2019.  The moment we know what litter you will be assigned to, whether this or any future litter, you will immediately be sent an invitation to come pick out your babies. If we haven’t sent you an invitation yet, it’s because we don’t yet know which litter will be yours. Litter assignments occur about one week before they are ready to take home.  If you have a reservation, and don’t receive an invitation for this litter, don’t worry, because Sesame, Debbie, Dot, Sunny, Mindy, Muffin and Twinkie will also have babies available very soon!

NEW: you can now reserve tame, domesticated Roof Rat babies!

NEW: want a rat sooner, or don’t want to pay a deposit?  Sign up for adult or rescue rats!

And, while you are waiting, why not order a Handmade Hideaway or Hammock?

God I love this thing!
